Very young, only 18 years old, he had to take the reins of the kitchen and the management of the restaurant. All beginnings are complicated and for Julius Caesar it was also at that age. Little by little and with long hours of work, he was gaining experience and building a team that, after all these years, has made it possible, in addition to having excellent cuisine, to complement it with great service.

He has managed to raise the standards and quality that have ensured that this business year after year has kept pace and even increased in terms of clientele.
